Jim and his crew did a fantastic job on fixing up a duplex that we wanted to sell. He went above and beyond and fixed a lot of things that weren't apparent at first. The place sold for our asking price within the first week that it was on the market, due in large part to how beautiful Jim made the place look! Started the job before the date he gave, was finished before we had a cleaner come out prior to moving in and was in constant communication with us all along the way (pictures, video, facetime, phone calls as well as text messages) which put our minds at ease since we were moving from a little over an hour away and couldn't swing by often, he even took vent covers off and the filters were gross let us know and replaced them. While painting noticed a leak behind the washer, told us and since we knew no one in the area, help us find someone and got that taken care of. Jim went so far beyond the call of duty. We had our colors picked out and he took care of getting the paint we wanted. The house looks amazing!! Felt like we moved into a brand-new home, such great job. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his crew, no words explain how deeply we appreciate him.
